Mediacore was commissioned by Elldex's Sales team to develop a customer satisfaction survery that could be sent out to its key clients to evaluate its performance.

Elldex's results are continuing to flow back to them and the survey is continually used to aid Elldex in evaluating their service to their clients.

In May 2008 we commissioned Mediacore to build us a quick and easy to use Customer Satisfaction Survey tool.

They undertook the project and completed it in very short time. In turn, we commenced our email campaign to our customers to encourage them to participate.

Using the 20/80 rule we target the 20% of our customers who make up 80% of our revenue and offered each customer who completed the survey a bottle of wine.

In a very short time (less than 2 weeks) we had 99% of the survey’s completed with a comprehensive analysis. This was a more responsive and much quicker result than any previous experience we have had with a Customer Satisfaction Survey and at a much lower cost.
